Before you paint, consider a few key factors when choosing the colors for your home….

• What style is your home? Traditional, Victorian, Tudor, Ranch, Split Level, Colonial,  Southwestern, Coastal, etc…
• What are typical color choices for your style of home? Visit other neighborhoods that have similar styles, search Images on line, or look through design magazines.
• Look around about your own neighborhood and street and consider the compatibility factor
• If you live in a condo or sub-division check with your property manager. Sometimes there are colors  that are pre-approved by the neighborhood board.
